Montana the young lady who served me at Vodafone Eltham branch was extremely helpful and very professional in helping me update my SIM card and transition over to Vodafone.

Mike the store manager was exemplary
Mike the store manager was exemplary. I was impressed with his knowledge and his ability to find a solution which suited my needs. Very professional, friendly and efficient. A credit to Vodafone’s business. I wish more customer facing employees demonstrated some of these skills.
