Great Customer Service

Danielle was very helpful in advising me on what deals are available regarding data bundles when visiting Europe later this month. I found the customer service to be friendly, efficient and informative. An overall positive experience.

Great service

Great service from Daniella and Ana who helped me regarding transferring my home phone and broadband to Vodafone.
Both were polite, friendly and clear to understand making my transfer a smooth process.

Great work by Kyle and Ed with…

Great work by Kyle and Ed with transferring the data from my old phone to my new one. There were technical issues but both them managed to complete the transfer and I’m very grateful.

Evesham Vodafone …

I visited the Vodafone shop in Evesham today to renew my phone contract. Danielle, the assistant was very polite and helpful. Would recommend using the Evesham branch.

Today(13/02/25)..i visited the store in…

Today(13/02/25)..i visited the store in evesham to update my pay as you go bundle with vodafone.I was unsure of my options, but Ana the store assistant was on hand to give me guidance and choices.I cannot speak highly enough of the service and profesional care i received in dealing with my questions.Ana was also so helpful last year aswell..!..So i will be staying with vodafone again this year...!..Again, thank you Ana..

Ana and Dani were great

Ana and Dani were great, Very professional and very helpful. They sorted out all of our issues and gave us lots of good ideas without trying to sell us anything. They restored our faith in Vodafone to an extent - As we find that when we phone the company, they are evasive and it takes ages to get anywhere. You never know whether you’re getting the full story. The Evesham branch though have always been really, really good.

excellent service from vodaphone worker (Daniela)

Had a wonderful experience today with Vodafone worker Daniela she was kind understanding and very helpful when I wanted to purchase a new phone- felt very welcomed and calm when she was assisting me :))
