Exceptional customer service from the…

Exceptional customer service from the Vodafone Gainsborough team. I have visited various Vodafone stores over the years as I was previously a Vodafone customer however now with Three but this has to be the best service I have received.

While it was only for a simple query the team fully explained the options of products I could move to if I move to Vodafone. I was unsure about the signal in my area so I have purchased a Pay As You Go SIM to test the signal in my area as I have moved address since my last agreement with Vodafone.

Thank you for helping me transfer my data and thank you for exceptional customer service.

Friendly and helpful

I went to collect my new phone today and Luke dealt with me quickly and efficiently. He filled out the form for me to claim my free computer. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
