The team were fantastic from start to…

The Dumfries team were fantastic from start to finish. My elderly mother in law was really concerned about changing her HBB but all plain sailing with no complications at all. Vicky was outstanding and explained every step fully.

A good experience

Simon was very good at answering my questions about the different phones and air time plans that I was interested in. He then suggested the best phone and plan for me.

Outstanding service.....

Outstanding service from the boys yesterday and today....
My mobile phone had died and the boys were extremely helpful and spent over 2hrs fixing my issue. They were extremely polite and professional and I cannot thank them enough....
I will be passing this info onto friends and family....
