Came in store and spoke to a lovely man called Dylan. My husband and myself wanted some advice on changing our phones. He was very knowledgeable and gave us up to date prices. Will definitely coming back to speak to him.

First class service
Visited store to open new contract, first class service from Adam and Dylan, both of whom were helpful, professional and knowledgeable, their help was gratefully received, I am happy to have moved provider, esp after experiencing the help and support in store. I recommend this branch 👌

After using a third party repair…
After using a third party repair company that lost my sim card I went to Vodafone Gillingham ( Hemstead Valley) and had a very quick and pleasant experience replacing my sim card thank you to Chloe and Adam and together team at Vodafone. Also Adam dealt with my upgrade very quickly a pleasure to deal with Vodafone.

Dylan was super helpful and efficient
Dylan was super helpful and efficient. He sorted out a new contract at a good price straight away and gave me a quote for my broadband also, was really happy with the service.

A massive help with my phone

Chloe was great she helped me with my phone today and I had problems with phone calls over night traveling home form work
