Great service!
I know nothing about technology so found it easier to go in store to upgrade my phone rather than do it online, Vito was super helpful and explained everything really well in a way that was easy to understand, top customer service!

Stolen phone
My phone got stolen and Samaira was so helpful and knew exactly what to do. She was able to sort out the SIM card for me and blacklist the phone so the thief couldn’t use it. She was very kind understanding, 10/10 service from her.

Alia from Braehead - fantastic! Service varies depending on the store you visit. I visited The Fort first and left disappointed. I then went to Braehead and received a completely different service. Alia could not have been any more helpful. She was professional, courteous & made me feel like a valued customer. Alia was an absolute superstar & a credit to your company.
Gabriel was also very helpful when I went back in a few days later to hand my trade in phone back.

Vodafone were do aye start last…
Vodafone were do aye start last Wednesday got disconnected because the broadbancontract came to an end but here were the problem lies aye have a payment plan with there client (zinc credit management) and with the regards to the contract coming to an end why didn't Vodafone broadband give me notice and aye have made over 20 phone calls to there 191 number and now av been asked to pay up front in order to be reconnected and renew the contract its absolutely pathetic can someone from Vodafone give me a response to this comment ! ?

It does sound like the cancellation, may be payment related. We'd need to access your account to take a closer look into what's happening.
With it being relating to payments, please call us again on 191 free from a Vodafone mobile or 03333 040 191 from a different phone. You can then ask us to escalate this.

Alia helped me withy upgrade and she is an absolute asset to your company. Very bubbly girl put me at ease and helped me talk through all of my options. Everything was explained clearly to make the right decision for me.
