Glasgow fort

I visited your shop in Glasgow fort.
Your staff were all very good but in particular I had exceptional service from Leo who is a credit to your company in contrast to your live chat which was an extremely frustrating experience

Helpful staff

I went in 15 mins before closing to get mobile hot-spot broadband. I was served by Keden who was extremely helpful and got me the perfect product. The time we got everything sorted it was past closing on a Saturday night however he and Debbie were more than happy to make sure everything was sorted. Very happy with my product and would defo return to Glasgow Fort store. Thanks guys.

Exceptional Customer Service from Leo

Leo went beyond our customer service expectations. We were struggling getting my mums sim /phone reset and timescales were against us. Numerous visits had been made.
Leo was exceptional and managed to help sort the problem. He had a lovely professional manner and even though we were stressing out - he remained calm. Can’t thank him enough. Hero of the day and employee of the month recommendation.
