Had a really good experience at Vodafone. The team were super helpful and explained all the different contracts clearly, which I appreciated after bad experiences elsewhere.

Ausaf especially was great—really patient, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. Would definitely recommend 👍

Upgraded my phone recently and was served by Ioana, extremely helpful and professional help me set up my phone and transfer all my data and told me about all the amazing broadband deals I can get. Along with few of her favourite recommendations for restaurants as she said she likes to eat out a lot thank you !!

Great customer service.

Great customer service.. Got a new phone and Mitra realised my broadband contact ended in 2022 so managed to reduce this price by £10 a month for more speed!
