Visited the Greenock shop today and spoke to Mark who done a fantastic job explaining exactly how getting a new phone works. He made understanding everything so simple. Great staff

I went in this morning to renew my…
I went in this morning to renew my contract for mobile and home broadband.
Very happy with Mark Williamson service and knowledge on the range of products, many thanks.
He had to juggle with several other customers at the same time and never ignored the person he was dealing with with, good customer service service.
