Mariam helpful

After vodafone cancelled my number account by mistake, the lovely Vodafone shop assistant mariam was able to reinstate the contract after loads of calling to 191, but that was not helpful

Hammersmith Vodafone store recommendation

I called in to the Hammersmith Vodafone store to update my i-phone on the 20/10/23. I was served by the manager - Adam - who couldn’t have been more helpful. He was so patient with me when it turned out to be quite a protracted process as I hadn’t backed up my phone for many years. He explained things in such a clear way and made me feel like a valued customer. I was so impressed with Adam and the whole team. I find anything a bit tech daunting but I couldn’t have had a more positive experience. I highly recommend this Vodafone store.
