Amazing surprise to get such a fabulous deal from a clever person in the charming shop where they look after everybody perfectly. Can't recommend the Vodafone shop in Harrogate enough

After a bad experience with Vodafone customer service I had to go into a Vodafone branch in Harrogate to resolve the problem. Tom and Cameron were brilliant. They found the route cause of the issue, explained the situation and my options to me, and rectified the error made by the service advisor. They were friendly, approachable, thorough and professional. Thank you both for your help!

Tom is Harrogate is amazing
In a world with poor service , to have Tom from Harrogate was a breath of fresh air . He was amazing . The service was seamless. He was so professional, polite and nothing was too much effort. He was so good . An asset to vodaphone .

Dawn was outstanding yesterday and today. Nothing was too much trouble. Knowledgeable and keen to help without any pressure. The Harrogate store was welcoming all the staff helping everyone - a great atmosphere.

Brilliant service
I had problems finding my account to arrange Euro data roaming. Dawn couldn't access my account either. She persisted and, with Dan's help, discovered I was with a third party company. They helped me get back with Vodafone direct, get the data roaming - and reduce my monthly bill! They were fantastic in how they went about this and I'm very grateful.

All round great experience
Dawn at the Harrogate store was very helpful in sorting out our package to add mobile plans onto our existing broadband and managed to fulfill all of our requirements.

I have been with Vodafone circa 20 years
And by far on my latest and previous upgrades Danny at Harrogate is above 1st class He just gets it he understands the customer needs and delivers a solution in a personable and professional manner When it’s said that someone goes the extra mile Danny goes the extra 10 miles
