Morgan was most helpful, upgraded both of my contacts and one of my phones, saving me some money as well. Top service. Didn’t even think about my second line and saved me money.

Great service by Josh
My wife called in to the store in Havant. She was served by Josh who was very helpful, polite and has great product knowledge. He is a real credit to Vodaphone. We have now moved from. Virgin for our broadband to Vodafone.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Benjamin in the Havant branch customer support team went above and beyond — incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me get exactly what I needed. Every question I had was answered clearly, and nothing felt rushed or overlooked. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise with such a friendly, supportive approach.
Overall, fantastic service, great communication, and Benjamin truly cares about his customers. Highly recommended!

Advisor, Josh, was super friendly, taking the time to give clear advice and asking colleagues if he was unsure to be certain he gave the best information.
The process was a little slow, though this seemed to be more about technical issues.
