Morgan was most helpful, upgraded both of my contacts and one of my phones, saving me some money as well. Top service. Didn’t even think about my second line and saved me money.

No hard sakes, totally relaxed

There was no pressure to buy a contract for more than we wanted to spend. Danielle listened to our needs and not only sole to an existing customer she gained a new one

Misold product

Went to Vodafone to sort my mother-in-laws issue she had as she took out for new contract she took out but wasn't happy with what she was sold ,and Morgan who served us was very helpful, went out of his way to sort everything out .very professional and polite and dealt with the problem immediately very impressed and we left the store very happy .can't praise him enough .

I dealt with Morgan in the shop

I dealt with Morgan in the shop, I can truly say he gave me the best service I have ever had from anyone. He is professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and a delight to deal with. He made my experience with Vodaphone great.

We had a friendly greeting by Brad the store manager when we went into the store. We felt we had a complex query and several other questions but nothing was too much trouble. In a world where customer service does not seem to exist any more i highly recommended this store.

Great Customer Service

I was served by Bradley. He was very understanding and listened to my issues. He did what he could to assist and when all else failed provided me with options which resulted in a better phone and cheaper contract. Not often you get such good customer service

Ben has been very helpful in advising me on the phone and contract payment which suits me best.
He has also transferred the information from my old phone to the new phone. No fuss, no bother.
Ben, has been very polite throughout the transaction.

I have had issues with setting up HOme Broadband home…

I have had issues with setting up home broadband and have had no luck. Ben (Havant Branch) has been very accommodating in rectifying these issues
