New phone contract
Went into the store looking for a new contract. Spoke to Cameron and Alina. They were very helpful and sorted me out with a great deal. Would defintely reccomend.

Alina was absolutely fantastic at the Hemel Hempstead store .I originally ordered on line but after setting up the phone realised it wasn't for me so went to the shop for refund .I then set up another order with Elina for 2 phones as my wife's was needing an upgrade also.Elina was very professional dealing with us and can't Fault her attention to detail.Great work Elina .I will now go to store for upgrades in future

Great chap at the Vodafone Hemel branch!
I came back to see William and had many technical issues with my phone. He was very patient and professional. He resolved all my problems with a smile. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a new mobile phone or have any issues with their current phone. 10/10!

William was the one who dealt with our problems and I have no complaints. All of our problems were addressed and sorted right then and there. He was very co-operative, helpful and explained everything about the contract. I much appreciate his efforts and I would recommend him to anyone.
