Went into the shop to see if my phone…

Went into the shop to see if my phone was due for renewal. Met ricardo who was brilliant, lowered my bill and got me some euro roaming for my holiday. Great service thank you

Wanted to upgrade my s22 Samsung for…

Wanted to upgrade my s22 Samsung for the s26 but prices were too high everywhere. Came into the hinckley store and Ricardo was amazing found me a great deal and also looked at my broadband deals to save me further money. Brilliant service will be back again for my wife's upgrade soon ! Thanks again

Had big issues with customer sevices on…

Had big issues with customer sevices on the phone with my broadband. Had a really bad experience so came into the hinckley store for help. Met store manager Ricardo he was brilliant and help me get my account sorted. He saved my opinion of vodafone and he was really helpful cant thank him enough.

Came in to get my spend cap removed…

Came in to get my spend cap removed ended up leaving with 2 great deals and saving me a ton off my bill. Ricardo was amazing I will be back to see him again. Brilliant service!
