Phone email locked me out

Phone email locked me out. Met with Ricardo in store who was so helpful got my phone back working again within moments. He was brilliant will back for my broadband renewal soon. Top man !

Software update locked me out of my…

Software update locked me out of my phone and I wasn't able to get into it as the language had changed. Came into Vodafone Hinckley and was served by ricardo and Cole who helped me get my phone back to normal and updated my software, will be back to see them once my contract is due for renewal. Brilliant service Cole was amazing ! Thanks again boys

Pay as you go to my first sim only

Great service from 4 top lads

Great service from 4 top lads , Ray , Luke , Cole , Ricardo best guys around town and best staff in a long time , helped me with my broadband and sim and made it easy and helpful

World roaming data

Came into store to see if I could change my phone and look at getting some travel data roaming for my holiday. Ricardo and luke served me a great deal and got me a new phone ! Was a pleasure chatting with you gents you've been lovely !

Roaming data

Came in store just to ask for roaming data, was served by ricardo and Luke who were amazing and set me up for my holiday tonight ! Cheers boys will be back for my upgrade soon

Came in with a sim signal issue

Came in with a sim signal issue. Cole and Ricardo were brilliant from start to finish and got me up and running with a new sim. Great service from them will be back for my upgrade!
