Reed was incredibly polite and helpful

Reed was incredibly polite and helpful. He gave me advice on how to support my daughter with her first SIM phone number as well as helping me with options for my giga cube and benefits that I could experience once it came to 5G. He was incredibly knowledgeable and I appreciated how personable he was as well you got a top employee.

Callum was very helpful helping me…get onto new contract

Callum was very helpful helping me switch to a sim only plan. Last time I switched over provider the number didn't port across and I didn't have a business number for 2 weeks. Callum kept me updated the next day and all went through smoothly. From the moment I walked in the store Callum helped me and his knowledge is next to none!! Thanks again Callum

Great service

Excellent and compassionate customer…

Excellent and compassionate customer service from branch manager Garry, who helped find me a deal on a mobile broadband dongle to tide me over while waiting for my home wifi contract to be changed over to emergency housing since I was flooded out of my home. Garry was supportive and understanding, explaining my options and adding notes to my account to support my change in circumstances.

I’ve been having trouble for the last…

I’ve been having trouble for the last four days with my phone number. Just been into store and seen Garry. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Made sure I’ve got a number before I left while he continues to fix the problem. He was calm and explained everything. He was so kind and helpful. Would 100% recommend.

Callum and Reg were the first two people at Vodafone to sort out a long-standing issue that I’ve had with Vodafone and I’ve been speaking to customer services on the phone for a total of 42 hours … they were so patient with me … sorted everything thank you reg and callum

Super easy and quick phone upgrade

Super easy and efficient process to upgrade my phone in store. Lovely staff, Dylan listened to my preferences and advised me what phone and airtime plans to get, not making pushy sales but explained all the options really well.
