Callum in Hove branch was amazing explaining everything so well very patient with my many questions and supportive . I had a positive experience with him as have had ongoing issues with a new contract. Made such a difference to understanding as well.

Today was a stressful start as I needed to sort my mother’s internet and phone with her. We went into the hove branch and saw Harry
He was very helpful - he was calm and offered us many solutions to suit my mothers needs and budget - such friendly staff

I've rung up and gone into store about 10 times, the customer service I have received is SHOCKING! I will be moving provider as soon as I'm able to along with our business account! Whoever the guy working in HOVE store is, you are the most unhelpful person EVER!
