Went into store as had a virus issue on my phone and Kinza and Elicia kindly helped me with this and sorted it. Kinza then sorted me out a brilliant deal for a new phone thanks

I’ve upgraded to the new iPhone 15 on pre order. I can’t wait to get my new phone now. I was served by Evie at the Huddersfield store and she was so helpful and professional, it really made my visit to the store so much better and personal having that face to face interaction

Much better in the shop
Staff were great, especially Evie. Without the in person advice I had no idea whether or not to upgrade my phone and what plan to use. Trying to work it out on-line was hopeless and the in-store experience answering all my questions was first class

I went in for my phone sent for a repair and went to get the phone old data back on. The manager Ish in Huddersfield got everything back on my phone I was so happy

Purchased a new Samsung S23 Ultra from the Huddersfield store. Everything went smoothly throughout the transaction and every care was taken to understand my needs and make sure I was comfortable including a cup of coffee. Both Henry and Jonny were extremely helpful.
