I was not confident in changing the sim over to my new phone. I went into the store in Huntingdon and Hakim was so helpful and got my new phone up and running

Jack H. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the wide range of plans and phones and helped me choose the right phones for my teenage girls. He helped me get the best airtime plans and lowered my overall bill. Thanks!

Shamima and Hakim were so helpful and professional in sorting out a new phone and SIM card deals for me and my family without putting me under any pressure. Came away very happy with the savings that they helped me make and a new phone

Today’s visit to Huntingdon branch

Shamima at the Huntingdon branch was really pleasant and helpful and guided us very professionally through our options and administering our chosen upgrades
She is a real asset to the branch and hope she makes strong progress in her career with Vodafone

Excellent service

My phone was stolen while on holiday in Italy. Jack was so knowledgeable and helpful. He sorted out a new SIM card and phone. Within 2 hours I had my new phone, all loaded up and ready to go. Definitely recommend Vodafone shop in Huntingdon.

Shamima is so patient and wonderful

Every time I had been the staff have been super lovely and helpful. In particular, Shamima has been so patient, kind and helpful with myself and my family every visit. She is an asset to any team

Shamina was fantastic.Cannot thank her enough for her patience! and hard work. I think Shamina should be considered for a managerial position . Her knowledge of the products old/ new was unquestionable and her patience in dealing with two inept customers was second to none . She spent nearly 5 hours dealing with us and we can’t thank her enough.

Shamima helped my sister

Shamima helped my sister, who had just arrived from Canada set up a UK sim for her phone. It was all done in minutes, and her knowledge of what was needed was a breath of fresh air. Happy, smiling, and didn't fill us full of useless technical information!

SHAMIMA AT VODAFONE HUNTINGDON WAS EXCELLENT!

Our in shop advisor Shamima was excellent. We had a very easy smooth transition from our previous provider to Vodafone. No heavy sale, just informative advice, and all our questions answered, both about new devices and new contracts. Unlike other providers we felt at ease within minutes of being in store. Thankyou.
