Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Talked through all the best and latest deals and best phone options. Stayed a while after closing hours to ensure I got the best offer and a new phone sorted. Helped with trade in of the phone. Brilliant customer service.

Very easy to change phone, assistant was very helpful, only problem was displaying contracts which caused a bit of a wait.

I walked into the Vodafone store at…
I walked into the Vodafone store at Huntingdon today and wow the atmosphere I felt was incredibly happy and welcoming. The gentleman Hakim served me was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very patience while answering all of my queries regarding the Samsung S23 Ultra and all the plans the offer at Vodafone.
He was able to come up with the plan that was suited me the most.

Hakim in vodafone Huntingdon was brilliant and gave great service and help which meant I purchased the phone with confidence this was important for an 80yr old with less skill on technology
