Customer Service

We visited the Vodafone Ilford Branch, and a female worker named Rhianna had such a good service with customers and i would recommend going to her for any help She is so sweet and caring towards the customers.

Very poor quality service (internet and single plus customer service)

I have very bad experience with this company. From one year when I start my contract I call them every week, I chat with them more oftentimes than I chat with my girlfriend. I’m in east London we’re is 5G all around but what I receive is frustration only. Internet connection is very bad , losing signal every day. The signal is just one small line even if I go In central London. To mention I have IPhone 14Pro Max , and I pay the highest amount possible for my contract. Please read reviews first and after buy . Every time I contact them only reason is ( maintenance around you, anything I can help) but they never resolve the issue with internet and signal) . Very disappointing, I would never be on Vodafone aga

I can certainly appreciate how frustrating slow speeds are. With London being one of the busiest cities in the country, slower speeds and connection issues are more likely to occur due to the amount of network traffic in the area. We are working to improve the quality and the capacity of the network in and around major cities to help our customers stay connected.

Fantastic customer care

I really had a very a fantastic customer care while in the shop.
