Today I have visited vodafone Ilford branch to get a sim for me. Everyone was so helpful specially Abu Bakkar and Agne assist me and help me to get a sim. Thank you so much vidafone team

and your one of guy he always using the phone he dont serve the customers today i came to shop i ask for contract he doesn’t response properly he didn’t serve me i am really disappointed of his behaviour i think his name is mishall

Rhianna is very helpful and kind

Rhianna is very helpful and kind. She always serves with a smile. She gave me an excellent customer service. She always gives the best advice and is an asset to Vodafone. Ilford store is so lucky to have her. She will definitely go far in life. She deserves a pay rise and promotion.

Rhianna is amazing

Rhianna is amazing. I bought a new sim only contract and she was so helpful and explained all the offers to me. She gave me a brilliant customer experience. She always serves with a smile and is so helpful. She should be promoted to become an assistant manager because she knows it all. This is the second sim only contract I am purchasing from her and everytime she has given me a brilliant customer experience.

Best of the best

This is the first time i come to a vodafone store and I was so confused if i get something i would like but one staff comes in and helped me with all the works and Their name is Rhianna and Ryan. Their customer service was so charming and so pleased to have the today.

Best Vodafone Branch Experience

I had an excellent experience at the Vodafone Ilford branch. Manisha gave outstanding service she was polite, helpful, time efficient and explained everything clearly. Abu, the manager, was also very professional and made sure everything went smoothly. Both of them went above and beyond, and I really appreciate their patience and kindness.

This is honestly the best Vodafone store I’ve been to, and I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends.
