Broadband not compatible with a first floor flat
Ordering broadband was a complete disaster. Not only did the installation get delayed by 7 days, leaving me with no internet, as my current connection was cancelled in line with my planned activation, but they back tracked on providing me with compensation after saying via test I would get £6.53 for every day I was without service, all of a sudden I get another text 10 days later saying that I wasn’t entitled. To top it off when they installed the new hardware - a new box outside the property and one inside, as well as the router, they installed it on the ground floor and I live on the first floor, so a 900mb connection resulted in me getting 20mb in my living room if was lucky, half the time it kept disconnecting or showing low signal. I had to complain twice, got all sorts of mixed messages - one saying “oh that’s unacceptable”, and then saying essentially it is what it is, and was told that if I wanted a booster then I would need to upgrade the package, even though the service they installed in the way that they did wasn’t sufficient. I decided to cancel within my 14 days cooling off period, which has resulted in it all being a colossal waste of time and inconvenience and to add insult to injury they are refusing to take away the new network boxes they installed at my property. They have to stay apparently. So they’ve bored a hole through my property and made a hole into my property and I just have to lump it. I am astonished at the absolute horror show of an experience I’ve had. If you live in an upstairs property, do not sign up for Vodafone broadband, it’s a pitiful and painful endeavour.

Jordan - Inverness Eastgate
Myself and my husband came into the store to look at getting him a new upgrade. We were originally approached by a woman with shoulder length light brown hair, glasses and tattoos. I did not catch her name. We were in discussions with her about options, we said we’d like to have a wee look at other handsets within budget. She told us to stay away from X, Y & Z models as they will be too expensive. I then questioned the airtime plan. You could see she lost interest in us. We told her we wanted to look at one of the galaxy models, as we walked over to the show tables with the handsets, we’d assumed she would join us to discuss the handset and its specs - no! She walked away and greeted another customer accompanied them back to her desk, leaving us without an advisor. We got very annoyed at this point.
Then we seen the lovely Jordan. We gave him a quick overview of what we wanted. Within minutes, not only did he get us a better airtime deal but also additional money off with my husbands trade in. He had all the paperwork done in minutes and he also arranged a complete transfer from my husbands old phone, all within the hour. This is 5* service!!
The previous agent all the while sitting behind me with another customer was way out of line as she began to voice her options on Reform UK and to quote - “I think they are very dangerous.”
This is highly inappropriate topics to be discussing on the shop floor for others to hear.
The experience in store was poor at the beginning but Jordan swooped into save the day.

20 years with O2...went to upgrade my phone...oh dear. Scruffy ,uninterested staff.
Went next door to Vodaphone...like a breath of fresh air!
Well dressed and presentable staff...service second to none.
Ben saw me through the whole process and this young man was absolutely excellent in manners and knowledge.
Extremely impressed.
