Tegan in the Inverness branch was fantastic

Tegan in the Inverness branch was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us
We came away totally satisfied that we had purchased great mobiles and that she had given us the best deal. Great customer service..we would definitely deal with Tegan again.

20 years with O2...went to upgrade my…

20 years with O2...went to upgrade my phone...oh dear. Scruffy ,uninterested staff.
Went next door to Vodaphone...like a breath of fresh air!
Well dressed and presentable staff...service second to none.
Ben saw me through the whole process and this young man was absolutely excellent in manners and knowledge.
Extremely impressed.

Callum at the Inverness store was…

Callum at the Inverness store was extremely helpful and patient . He gave us lots of different options to consider and understood what was needed in our circumstances.
We also managed to have a few giggles which is always a bonus. Callum is a wonderful asset to Vodafone.

Lovely staff at eastgate!

I came to the shop after regretting a phone purchase, wanting to return it. I was assisted by an absolutely lovely young lady named Tadi who despite being new, helped me very competently! We were also assisted by Dominic, the two of them together made my experience pleasant, smooth and surprisingly quick! A huge thank you to Tadi for her honesty and candidness :)
This was my second time in the eastgate branch and both were great. Highly recommended!
