I was a bit frustrated with the process…

I was a bit frustrated with the process of doing a transfer of ownership, which is a little complicated, but Marlon in Kidderminster store, e helped be to understand what I needed to get it sorted, he should be a manager, very helpful chap.

My sim was not working when I ported…

My sim was not working when I ported over from the Three network but Marlon helped me to get it working again, he's a star.

Marlon upgraded our broadband with a good offer and gave us a deal with our mobile phones that we will come back into store to do in a few days. He was polite professional and explained throughly exactly what we had.

I came into Vodafone Kidderminster and Marlon had to stay behind for 1 hour after closing time to help me transfer my data, he was so patient and helpful, can't thank him enough.

I could not get into the My Vodafone…

I could not get into the My Vodafone App but Marlon helped me change the email to my new one, update the password and got me logged back in, he was very patient and did this while he was doing a data transfer for another customer, he's fantastic.
