Adam was really helpful at sorting out a new phone & contract for me with the best price. He is very peasant & helpful & went through everything in detail to make sure i understood eveything. All in all a great service.

I went into the Kidderminster store…

I went into the Kidderminster store today and spoke to Chloe who was very friendly, helped me with the lack of signal by correctly resetting the network. Also discussed other options with the sim available, in order to lower the costs. I recommend going to see Chloe at Vodafone Kidderminster. Thank you

Adam was very helpful & reassuring when…

Adam was very helpful & reassuring when we decided to up date our phones. He was informative & advised us on several options for data plans. I would say the experience was made much less stressful with Adams advice.
