I’m a new customer to Vodafone

I’m amending this to one star as Zee said that the phone would be dispatched and received today, I can clearly see that the phone hasn’t even yet been dispatched by Vodafone. So I’m cancelling the order as I’ve been lied to.

The item is on back order, which is not what I was told in store. I have screen shot evidence of this.

This review below was left whilst in store l, as he asked me to leave one

I’m a new customer to Vodafone, the network was recommended to me by a friend. We were greeted instantly by a member of staff.

The member of staff that I dealt with was called Zee, he was very friendly, informative. I’m really happy with the service I received.

Came into store to ask about wifi calling, I was dealing with Chloe who was able to reduce my bill and was really understanding and took her time to discuss everything for me. Exceptional service, highly recommend this store will be returning for the services provided.
