Excellent service from Vaishnavi!
I had such a great experience with Vaishnavi when sorting out my upgrade. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely lovely throughout the whole process. She made everything so easy to understand and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best option. It’s rare to come across someone so patient and friendly — truly appreciated her help!

Vaishnavi is a true professional n very customer friendly. She explained the whole process thoroughly n reassuringly and reviewed my present contract n applied the the discount to it. She's a true superstar n deserves a 5 star medal

Exemplary employee

It can be a thankless job working in a mobile network retail outlet and Vaishnavi deserves that thanks.
