Went in to upgrade 2 phones. We got expert advice from Nick after telling him our wants and needs. He set up contracts for us that gave us exactly what we asked for with both phones and airtime.

Vodafone lost my no. Of 20years +
Went to Vodafone for a better service ended up losing my no. I had for 20 years + with no explanation just a sorry that’s never happened before. So I switched to ee very disappointed. I was customer for less than a week and in that time my phone only worked for a few days then just stopped working no signal witch left me with no phone but I did get an email telling me my first bill would be ready by the end of the month for £20 witch was nice never again

Amazing!!
Went in in on 07/08/25 to discuss changing my broadband over, the advisor i had Nicholas was so helpful and talked through all options with me. There was even help with making my current broadband providers I'd be making the change oved to them. All the worried and anxiety I had making the change were gone! It was super easy and done so quickly!

Plan upgeade
Wanted to upgrade my plan at the store. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and found the best plan for me. Very patient and helpful.
P.S. The store manager wasn’t very helpful. Was very standoffish with my husband when he asked him a question - apparently he was busy checking something online.

I visited the Kings Lynn store on Saturday and was served by Nick . He was very knowledgeable and helped me change my contract and choose a phone and plan that suited my needs . Will definitely go back , when I need to .

Had such a lovely experience with Sam…
Had such a lovely experience with Sam on Sunday. He went above and beyond with the situation we had, to which he dealt with right away, rather than putting us on the phone like most other phone companies have made us do. Great service, and will be back fairly soon to sort switching my contract to Vodafone. Thank you again, on behalf of me and my Dad.
