Amazing Customer Service, Great Communication and Super fast Service
Been wanting to upgrade my phone for so long so I popped by to Lewes Vodafone today. I met the lovely George he answered all the questions I asked and help me choose the best phone and air time plan. Very happy with the new iPhone 16 plus in pink <3! Amazing customer service, communication skill on point , fast service. Thank you Vodafone team! Will continue to be a loyal Vodafone Customer.

Brilliant Excellent Customer Service
I have been with Vodafone UK since having a mobile was made readily available to the general public many years ago and never changed my phone provider.
Also I have never had a problem with Vodafone services until unfortunately last month so consequently never had to make a complaint. But I cannot praise highly enough Vodafone’s frontline shop team in Lewes for helping me every step of the way to try and rectify my problem. The problem was not directly their fault but the manager George, and his staff Rikki and Jack were utterly amazing. Their professionalism kindness and empathy went a long way to solving a very annoying situation with my new phone. I only wish more frontline staff had their brilliant customer service skills professionalism and kindness. Head Office you have a great team of brilliant staff in Lewes they are a huge asset to your company. They deserve a HUGE THANK YOU. I would highly recommend them to family and friends any day and will continue to be a loyal customer because of them.

I had a brilliant experience at the…
I had a brilliant experience at the Vodafone store in Lewes today. I am not technically sound in the slightest and George the Store Manager very kindly transferred all of my old phone information onto my brand new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. I was able to go and do my food shop while I waited for the process to be completed. George gave me fantastic customer service and even put my screen protector on and swapped things around that had been sent incorrectly. I would highly recommend Vodafone in Lewes and especially George for going above and beyond by helping me in such a thorough way. It was a ridiculously hot day and the air con in store made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you George and Vodafone! :)
