Ricki solved our problem with humour she was willing to explain carefully what was wrong and how to deal with it. Taylor gave support and they clearly worked well as a team. I will look into my current broadband provider after having advice from Ricki.

Bella was so efficient, knowledgeable and diligent with her advice. She thoroughly went through all my options and found the best deal for me to include Broadband with my contract.

Taylor is a very friendly and helpful individual , nothing is too much trouble and he goes out of his way to find and explain all of the options available, Taylor should run training sessions on how to deal with customers as others who work at Vodafone could learn a lot from him , while I was there other customers came in and requested Taylor . He is a credit to the company.

I cannot begin to thank Taylor lewes sales advisor. He is a font of information, patience and explains everything in a more comprehensive way. Technology not my forte and he has given me the confidence. His intrapersonal and interpersonal skills are unique and I would recommend Taylor to everyone. Very gawgous friendly smile.

Taylor was unbelievably helpful - set me up with a great new deal, new phone and could not have done more. The store was immaculately clean and welcoming and I would highly recommend a visit to the store.

Great service at Vodafone Lewes
Taylor, the store manager gave us first class service. He reviewed our broadband and mobile contracts and gave us lower cost deals on both. So we now have much faster broadband and a shiny new phone, for less money.

Nate went the extra mile
I needed new wifi SIM cards and my situation looked a bit tricky at the first sight but Nate went the extra mile and sorted it out in a very patient and extremely helpful way. He really made a big difference and I’ll definitely come back. His help and friendliness made my day.
