Go straight to Yaseen
Yaseen was brilliant. He has excellent product knowledge and was personable and really sold me a phone that was going to suit my needs. He obviously enjoys his job and speaking and helping customers. I was very impressed as he remembered me from the last time I came in store when I was unsure on which phone to get.
A very good member of staff and he interacted with his team members effectively too.
I purchased a Samsung S25 Ultra, an upgrade from my old A22 5G.

In the lewisham store I have been attended by a young man name Sully than manage to risolve my problem fast and professional.

I visited Vodafone ( Lewisham Centre) Yassin welcomed me, saying how can I help you with, I explained hem the reason why I went there, and he really gave me the best option for me, he putted the smile on me, such a great person, that is ye reason I’m still a Vodafone customer for more than 12 years

I was passing Vodafone shop when I decided to stop . I met a lovely sale advisor by the name Aaron. He was very approachable, polite and helpful. He answered all my question about the promotion, so I decided to trade in my phone. It was past his work time however that didn't stop him from helping me.

I came in for a pac code but the system…
I came in for a pac code but the system supposedly didn’t allow Yaseen to proceed but Yaseen was an amazing help reassuring that I will be able to get the PAC code. GIVE HIM A RAISE!! There should be more people like Yaseen
