We were served by William today, I must say what a lovely young man he is , he was so helpful and friendly ,made us feel at ease strait away , he sorted everything out for us today upgrading our broadband we were so happy with the outcome it was sorted in a flash and explained everything to us in layman's terms shame you don't get good service like that everywhere well done will we left the store feeling happy

A mark of great customer service for me is not just about when you get a great deal. The personal service given to me and my family over many years from the Vodafone store through Emma and her team and again when dealing with Liam is the reason I/we will keep coming back.
