A phone store that does not accept calls.
The online phone number connects to AI; after nearly an hour of arguing with a robot, a human gave me a mobile number for the store; this number will not accept calls or offer voicemail, and my text has gone unanswered. The BT number is obsolete. Trying to order a phone online through another robot came to nothing. This is not the way that potential or existing customers should be treated.
Update 20 / 11/ 25: I called into the Lincoln store this am; the manager, Aaron, said his store cannot be contacted by telephone, albeit Vodafone gave me the number 07469 023791.

Excellent and convenient service.
Was dreading having to sit in a long winded call to set up a new Broadband plan.
An impromptu visit in-store while passing made the experience so much easier and more comfortable.
Being able to communicate effectively and ask the questions I needed to ask in person made everything so much more simple.
Big thanks to Ayman for making my experience seamless and easy.

Josh and Aaron, were absolutely brilliant and really friendly. I came in needing a replacement SIM after customer services couldn’t sort it out, but the guys sorted it straight away without any fuss. They even managed to get me a better deal on my plan, so I left saving money every month. Thank you guys for your excellent service and help.

Fran was wonderful and polite, came in for a replacement sim as customer services wouldn’t help me, but Fran was happy to help me straight away and I even walked away with a better deal on my sim, thank you Fran for your amazing work and saving me money

Vodaphone in rural Lincolnshire
I've been thinking of doing a review for a while. But the time has now come to do one. We've had mobile contracts for years with Vodafone, and hoped the mobile network would get better as time goes on. But in all honesty, it's absolutely shocking, where I live in Lincolnshire, very disappointing to say the least, there are so many dead zones where you can't send or recieve a text, or a phonecall for that matter, if you do recieve or make a call, it's broken up, or sounds as if you're under water.
