Very good service

Very good service, purchased three upgrades and wasn’t easy as one of the phones kept playing up. Alex was very patient and thorough with information throughout our time in store.

Bad service

Do not be sucked in by vodaphone deals, I have had vodaphobe broadband for two & a half years & it has been down more times than it has worked. They sent a new router 3 weeks ago but it has never worked you pay an extortionate rate for an inferior service roll on June 2924 then I can go back to bt they are cheaper & the service is second to none

Me and my girlfriend arrived at Vodafone Lincoln on the 11/112023 to upgrade my girlfriends phone to the iPhone 15
We were greeted and served by Luke who was very friendly and listened to all requirements that we needed
Luke is a credit to your company and it's nice to see good old fashioned customer service especially in these difficult times
