Went to Vodaphone in Lisburn today to speak to Jack. My phone memory was full and after discussing the options - Jack pointed out quite a few possibilities - I got sorted with a new phone, more memory and the whole experience was painless. Very helpful young man. As a pensioner I always feel I should know more about this technology but Jack sorted me out very nicely.

Very helpful, great location
Emma helped me set up my phone & get me the right sim card for my needs. She assisted in swapping to an esim & reviewing 2 other contracts to look at potential upgrade offers. I have also returned to the store for another reason & had Sarah who was very friendly & answered all my questions. These 2 girls are a credit to the store. Thank you 😊

Great Service
Staff in the Lisburn branch are fantastic. Friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I needed to upgrade my phone and they took time to identify my needs, find the best deal to transition from 3mobile to Vodafone and when my new phone arrived a few days later helped me set up the phone. Highly recommend. The Assistant Manager (I think her name is Emma) was amazing.
