New phone
Went into Vodafone Llandudno today to upgrade. Had first class service yet again from Jake and also Dan, the store manager. Nothing was too much trouble for Jake finding the right plan and phone for me. Left the shop feeling very satisfied and excited to have my new phone. Thankyou

We always go to the Vodafone shop in Llandudno because of the excellent customer service over many years.
I needed a new phone, Jake listened to what I wanted, suggested a phone, ordered it and I returned a few days later for him to transfer everything. All excellent
