Zak could not have been any better
Zak could not have been any better, my wife’s phone was not working at all.
So we decided to get a new one Zak sorted it with no hassle at all swapped everything over.
Then I decided to get a new phone myself and swapped my daughters over to my old one.
Took a while but was no trouble for Zak…amazing thanks so much 👍

Great experience!
Wasim was great, very helpful and very patient! He explained everything clearly, and even though my phone (on another network) was struggling with connection for various codes and checks, he was patient with getting everything sorted.
