Very positive experience
I had received a telephone offer this morning of a discount on my monthly bill for Vodafone but I needed clarification as the person who called me spoke too fast and the line was bad. I always prefer face to face encounters, especially as I’m in my late 70s. I only had to wait 2 minutes while the staff member who then helped me was very kindly helping a very disabled elderly lady out of the shop and into the street. She then helped me and was able to sort out my contract for my own phone and the second phone that is used by my husband . I have been a very long term customer of Vodafone and she gave a good reduction on both bills and confirmed that my husband’s contract runs out in 2 days and he can come in to arrange an upgrade when he returns to the UK next month. She was most pleasant and patient and knowledgeable and I felt totally confident with her service . The morning call had been stressful but this encounter put me at my ease and sorted everything out for me - including explaining exactly what Safari was !! I left the shop about 40 minutes later feeling much calmer and totally happy with the great service I received from Rianne. I would recommend this Balham branch of Vodafone .

Ay what even is this shop, I walked in and was greeted very lively by a representative called Josh, what a top man, he helped me pick out the best deal on my phone, made the process smooth as my face after some coconut oil, not only did the help me with the phone, also gave a man some great gym advice, very happy with the service! Big up Josh.

I had my phone stolen and real problems…
I had my phone stolen and real problems getting a replacement sim with the online team. I went into Vodafone Balham. The manager, Arouge, was absolutely fantastic. She listened to me, and helped me, assiduously, until the problem (which had lasted over a week) was solved. Promote this young woman Vodafone say I!
