Customer focused service

Well served by trainee Abbas with excellent support from his manager Selby. Identified exactly what I wanted in terms of adjustment to my account and signposted me to future savings. Convinced me to stay with Vodafone when I was wavering. Great customer focused service.

I am so glad that I came to this brunch, the staff was so helpful and kind especially Selahattin
he went out of his way, made extra effort and took significant trouble to do something beyond and showing strong positive intention and care which I’m grateful for.

I was persuaded to opt for a TalkMobile sim…

I was persuaded to opt for a Talk Mobile sim by a very pushy guy in a Vodafone shop in Brixton. I wanted a temporary sim for a push button phone I wanted to use just while I was waiting for a replacement iphone to arrive (on an EE contract). He specifically told me to wait until after 14 days before cancelling the sim, and because I was preoccupied with getting my new iphone sorted, I took his word - even though I only needed the phone for a few days. Now I regret this, since a rolling contract was set up, and Talk Mobile emails apparently don't accept incoming messages.I no longer have the Talk Mobile sim, so cannot make free calls to Talk Mobile customer service. I cancelled the direct debit when I realised I was still being charged, and now I'm being pursued for under £20. No webchat option is offered that I can see, so this is my last resort. I'm hoping Vodafone will sort this out for me since Talk Mobile comes under their umbrella.I only went into Vodafone because the EE shop was so busy!

Talkmobile operates separately from Vodafone, but we absolutely want to help you resolve this. Please reach out to Talkmobile’s customer service team directly at 0333 304 8064 (standard rates apply), or you can visit their website for alternative contact options. If you no longer have the SIM, they can still verify your account using other details.

Selby is amazing

Selby made my experience easy not stressful at all, I didn't understand somethings and he made sure I understood and got everything I needed and more. Very good at his job and excellent customer service. Would recommend to friends!!!

Selby needs a raise!

Selby, was an incredible person. He really sorted out my friends situation. My friends phone got stolen & he sorted him out a brand new phone upgrade & sorted out his whole life.
