Aaron in Clapham was amazing

Aaron in Clapham was amazing, although I am an EE customer he didn't send me away, helped me with my issue and offered me great deals. I will be back in the future when my plan finishes

Efficient and helpful :)

Maarya was incredibly helpful in terms of catering to my specific needs - the entire team seemed to pitch in to help out as much as they could, and ended up getting me an amazing deal. Truly brightened my day with their enthusiasm and willingness to help out!

Made very welcome by Josh

Made very welcome by Josh, who addressed a problem with our SIM quickly and (hopefully) satisfactorily. Gave us details of a potential new home broadband set up we may go for, helped with accessing 5G on our iPhones, excellent service all round.

I had a great experience

I had a great experience at the Vodafone store in Clapham. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and really went out of their way to help me. I came in with a few questions about upgrading my phone and switching to a new plan, and everything was explained clearly and professionally.
They didn’t try to upsell me or rush me out the door – instead, they took the time to make sure I understood all my options and got the best deal for my needs. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.
Big thanks to the team at Vodafone Clapham – top-notch customer service. Highly recommend stopping by if you need anything mobile-related
