Excellent service

Mahima had served me today and she went through all the options that Vodafone had to offer as I was due for an upgrade, she’s very kind and gave a homely feeling thank you Mahima for the service you gave me, hope your manager promotes you to manager soon.

Covent Garden staff was superb

Today I was at the Covent Garden branch and the customer service was superb. I’m annoyed I cannot remember our servers name but he knows who he is! So pleasant and funny and was great today. Give him a RAISE!

We had walked in to replace a broken…

We had walked in to replace a broken phone due to an accident. The person who helped us was very responsive and quick to help us as we had to get to another appointment. He was able to do so in a calm, knowledgable and thorough manner. He also suggested that I be added to my husband’s account in a hassle free way- saving us £20 a month!
Walked away incredibly happy- many thanks to him, gold star!

I came into the store and was greeted by a beautiful young woman Mahima, she was very kind and understanding what I needed. She listened to everything that I wanted and make sure to get it for me.
