Had a really smooth experience in the store. Neha explained everything I needed to know about my upgrade and helped me explore the airtime plans so that I was satisfied with my new contract. I didn't have to wait to be served which was an added bonus on a Saturday afternoon.

Just want to say how unbelievably helpful Khalid was at Vodafone store in Ealing.. he sorted and explained everything out and helped set up my new broadband and phone account, moving it from Sky to Vodafone.. he was superstar and was very happy to help me out as I’m not very techy..

Fantastic service
Imran Nadeem was brilliant with his service. The phone order was first led by Assam who spotted a fantastic deal and then Imran took over and went over and beyond to help! Great team- Imran in particular need a raise!

Renewed my contract in Ealing Broadway…
Renewed my contract in Ealing Broadway Branch, always try to see Khalid as he is very knowledgeable and polite. We always have a great experience and never have any problems going forward, keep up the good work. Highly recommend.

Straightforward and accommodating
I was assisted by store manager Assam and Neha. Great and fast service, straightforward transaction. I was even offered a discounted price from my original plan, which hopefully would be the best option. It’s a shame there is still no faster than 70mbps broadband in our area, would definitely purchase broadband wifi once the speed is reasonable.
