Tahsin at Holloway Vodafone helped reassure me with my upgrade which I initially didn't want to do. But after him explaining everything clearly, I was convinced. Perfect customer service

Tahsin was very helpful today

Tahsin was very helpful today at Vodafone, helping me find a new phone case and screen protector. He even kindly put on my screen protector perfectly. Great customer service !

Great customer service!

Tahsin, an advisor in Holloway Vodafone store, helped me a lot with my issues and helping me chooses which plans were best for me. I really appreciate his customer service. Will definitely be coming back again!

Amanuel was very welcoming

Amanuel was very welcoming, polite and very professional. I been in that branch multiples times and bought 3 phones so far for my siblings. The service there always great, quick and efficient. Honestly they are a great team. I am sure i will be there again soon.

Amazing service!

Came into the store upset because of being charged a very high cost for my broadband. Spoke to 2 colleagues in the holloway store, and they made me so happy by lowering my bill and taking stress off my shoulders. Thank you to Amanuel and Tahsin.

Came into the store today enquiring…

Came into the store today enquiring about my bill as to why it’s so high. Two of the instore colleagues Amanuel & Tahsin were very helpful and reassuring in helping me save my money and giving me good deals in terms of what I was looking for.
