Tahsin at Holloway Vodafone helped reassure me with my upgrade which I initially didn't want to do. But after him explaining everything clearly, I was convinced. Perfect customer service

The staff who helped me renew my…

The staff who helped me renew my contract gave me a good deal. Venus and Bibs in the Holloway Road shop. They went the extra mile. They were very patient, professional and attentive and it made my day. A big thank you to them and the Vodafone family

Great Service

Amanuel served me for a new phone and contract, incredibly nice chap, easy experience, very friendly service. A great in store experience, far better than just doing things online.

Just had amazing experience walked into the store, young gentleman I believe his name was Ahmann I hope I spell his name right? Really helpful young gentlemen polite big smile face to make made my day help me login for my app so I can download my invoices. Rania was absolutely amazing today

Rania was absolutely amazing today, she was very informative and even convinced me to make the switch from Samsung to Google Pixel given that I had asked for a device with a great camera. I am very pleased with the service and honestly she deserves a raise.

Amanuel @ the Holloway branch

Amanuel @ the Holloway branch was spectacular. Ive had a couple issues with Vodafone & was ready to cancel all 5 lines i have with you & go elsewhere
But he managed ro persuade me to stay and take out another 2 new devices. I believe he deserves some form of appreciation (maybe a bonus) perhaps? Absolute asset to you's
