Excellent service the two staff…

Excellent service the two staff members, Maddie and Lucas, have solved a problem that about 6 people before failed to solve, staff very polite and patient and I salute them the shop itself is well equipped and well organised and thank you Lower Marsh store 👍

Nuel helped me set up my account and solve some other issues and the customer service was outstanding. Extremely nice, polite and always willing to help solve any doubts that I had, regardless of their relevance. I’m very satisfied with the care towards clients and hope to see more people like him in the future.
