Amazing service

Alistar was incredibly helpful and patient, very pleasant, answered all my questions with great detail. Best experience I’ve had at a mobile service provider hands down.

Friendly and helpful

Alastair, Nabil and Cyma- all super sweet, patient and helpful!

I went into store 3 times and changed my mind on my contract within 14 days of signing up and each of them were brilliant in their own way. They were transparent in advising me of what deals I did and didn’t need. A rarity in most of London and with most service providers. Thanks guys :)

Perfect

Jeremy at Vodafone in pared Street branch was amazing. I work for John Lewis so realise how important customer service is. I am older and he was so patient, efficient helpful and kind. If everyone worked in this world we would have the most efficient and easy life

Amazing Alistar

Alistar was amazing in his customer service. He tailored a plan for me and my partner, we were initially in the store to terminate our contracts and we planned on staying after the conversation we had with Alistar. Keep him, he's a diamond in the rough.
