Aida has been exceptionally helpful today and also on Saturday. She is an asset to the Vodafone company and is extremely knowledgeable and very patient. Many thanks for her help. It was a huge task that I came to sort out and she succeeded!

What a breath of fresh air
The whole team at Vodafone Putney is amazing. Competent, calm and supremely kind, also with each other, which is so rare to see. I had the good fortune to be mainly dealing with Aida on a very complex problem. Aida is by far the most wonderful person that I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. In any store. Anywhere. What a privilege.

Suspicious
I recently noticed a significant decline in performance of my TV broadband. My wifi was also affected. All that Vodaphone did was apologise and offer me a new upgrade at more cost.
