I came for a replacement sim and It was quick and easy. James had amazing customer service. Branch is run professionally and efficiently. Would recommend a friend

My Phone was stolen recently and I needed to get a New phone quickly. Diego at Walworth Road helped me pick a nice cheap phone for me. He even helped me set un the phone for my WhatsApp and messenger. Very nice person, would come back for him again anytime

Came in for my upgrade which was due…
Came in for my upgrade which was due and the Walworth staff were so friendly. Even thought I had to wait a bit, they still managed to help me out in finding the best deal and phone for me. Highly recommend this shop because their service was amazing. In all the years I’ve had Vodafone this shop has been the one who’s been the best

Ilayda was very efficient and transparent when letting me know the plans they have. Definitely ask for her when coming to Vodafone she’ll surely assist you on getting you on a plan that suits you best.
She was very attentive and helpful and she’s made my experience very warming.
It didn’t feel like she was try just make a sale for personal gain which was amazing!

I came to the shop at Walworth because…
I came to the shop at Walworth because I needed to get proof of a purchase. Diego spoke to me and helped me out massively. He even did the form for me and helped me save money for my contract. Lovely person and would reccomend everyone come here for the best experience

Arjnesha has been very great today!
We have had a great time today...
The experience has been fulfilling and all care was given in depth.
The only thing is the system is quite slow which took a lot of time carrying out the purchases
Overall we are satisfied.
