I came for a replacement sim and It was quick and easy. James had amazing customer service. Branch is run professionally and efficiently. Would recommend a friend

Nesha, she help alot my friend because he have some problems in their English language she have more patient,she is polite Nesha God bless you and she knows better how to treat with the coustmer and she give us nice coustmer services

Unprofessional
Needed to drop my phone off for repair, was advised by telephone support the best way to do this was to go in store. Store is scruffy and staff seemed disinterested at best. I was given very little information on the process of next steps, no receipt or tracking info for my repair. The manager who served us was texting under the table whilst talking to us, shouting across the store to a colleague, decided to reset her company password mid way through serving us and blamed my signature for the system freezing both hers and her colleagues PC. Not once did she looked us in the eye, or smile. She did however spend the time chatting to her colleague across the store, talking about other clients very openly and who was getting to come to work late tomorrow. All very unprofessional.

Shocking and fraudulent behaviour by Nesha at Walworth branch
Today I witnessed the most shocking customer service I have ever seen. My cousin visited the local branch (Walworth) in order to see whether he could get a data top-up. It turned out that it would be too expensive so he returned home without having topped it up.
However, later on he was confused to get an email saying he had left a review on Trustpilot, which he had not done. Clicking on the link in the email, he was shocked to find a review under his name saying "Nesha was good", evidently written by Nesha herself (the shop worker).
I was shocked to hear this and insisted we go together to the shop to find out how this could have happened. Nesha was unbelievably shameless about the fact that she had written the review herself, which she did not deny.
The whole experience has really lowered my estimation of Vodafone and I would strongly urge you to take action before Nesha goes on to commit similarly brazen and fraudulent acts.
